The winner of this year's J.E.O Music Video was decided by judges after very long discussions. Tayab Hasan, 17 produced an exceptional music video based on the song of a Pakistani band Raeth. Their song Bhulla Do is currently playing in the top ten charts of MTV Asia.

There were a total of 146 videos sumbitted by individuals competing for a chance to have their video appear on national televsion and a cash prize of £1,000.

Tayab, who is studying media studies at Victoria College for his A Levels filmed, editied, and acted in the video. The song chosen was unusual as it comes from the Bollywood music industry, in contrast with the other entries which were all based on American or British music.

The head judge, Mr.Winn said: "I am very pleased with Tayab's success, it's obvious how much time and effort he has put into this project, it is a great thing to give students a chance to show their talent and have it recognised. The decision was very hard to make as there were many amazing videos, however this seemed to be slightly more outstanding".
